Adult diaper production line adult diapers are disposable incontinence products, one of the adult care products, mainly applied to a waste diaper used by incontinent adults. The above water-repellent composite part includes air inlet conveyor belt and slitter knife transfer device, the air inlet conveyor belt assumes the above water-repellent flank loop, the slitter knife transfer device can transfer the water-repellent rear flank cutting section on the water-repellent rear flank loop to the air inlet conveyor belt; the above hydrophilic surface loop crosses with the composite transfer roller to form a surface loop, and all the above junctions are provided with spraying parts upstream.
