Full Servo Sanitary Napkin Pad Making Machine Open for Customization

Presently, many customers are interested in investing a female sanitary pads manufacturing factory. Many customers come to us for details of a sanitary pad production line. So I will briefly introduce sanitary napkin making machine in this news.
For a full servo sanitary pad making machine, the standard design speed is 800 pieces per minute and stable production speed is 550 pieces per minute. If you have special requirement on the production speed, our experienced engineer can customize the production speed of the machine for you.
Standard configuration of a sanitary napkin pad production line is: main machine, fluff type product, ultra-thin type product, servo motor, quick-easy package applying unit, touchable screen, blower wire, web guider (China brand), free spare parts, waste raw materials collect unit, raw materials with auto unwinding, auto splicing, auto tension control, safety door, wooden pallet package, and semi automatic packing machine.
Approved before shipping:
Machine will be tested and approved in seller’s factory before delivery. The time for testing in seller’s factory will not be more than 15 minutes. Raw materials consumption within 15 minutes will be afforded by seller. If customer needs more time for testing, the cost will be afforded by customer.
Quality guarantee period :
The Seller offers a 12-month quality guarantee period from the delivery date. During this period, the Seller shall repair the machine and provide repair parts (wearing parts, and parts subject to normal wear and tear （like: cutters and belts, etc）or damage attributable to the Buyer excluded). The damage attributable to the Buyer shall be repaired at the Buyer’s cost. （the warranty period is valid from 30 days after the buyer is informed of the test of the machine.）
Installation and commissioning:
Supplier is on charge of the equipment’s installation and technical training at buyer’s country, while the visa cost, round trip air tickets, meal, accommodation, local insurance and USD300 as per day salary during pandemic for each technician should be borne by buyer. Usually we will send technicians to buyer’s factory for 30-40 days.

Reasonably solid square steel frame: Panel 25mm thick, adopt specular paint, 6 surfaces processing, solid cage with 60 * 60mm square steel in module design, the base frame with square tube 120mm × 120mm, 16mm thick bottom plate, 6 surface processing also ,widening after gearbox for repair. Spliced type main board by screw, make sure the high efficiency.
