Online wetting system

 There are holes in each of 12 stainless pipes under each layer of tissues. Food-grade water taps are specially connected to each pipe on top of the sink rather than on thbelow so operators do not have to bend down eac time to record and regulate water amount.
Besides, There is also a flow meter under the sink for water amount recording and regulating.
Counting and stacking system
 the deviation correction will correct tissue movement in stacking section.
Touch screen interface
 Our programming is clear and concise. Tissue length and packaging length and be set on the touch screen. It is clear and simple.
PLC and full-servo drive system
 Different from other manufacturers who adopt variable frequency speed control system or step motors, our full servo system is more costly and thus makes for more stability, accuracy and higher speed.
Water tank for solution storage and mixing
